We are an online shop. That address is an office, not a trade counter, so there is nothing to collect from it.

What we can and cannot answer

We can tell you exactly what a manufacturer states about a product: its dimensions, its rated capacity, its filter class, what is in the box. We can check stock and chase a parcel.

What we cannot do is tell you that a particular piece of protective equipment is right for your hazard. That is decided by your own risk assessment and by the certification marked on the product, and we would rather say so than guess.
