Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Industry Tools Company UK, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our UK administration office and our registered address are both on the contact page.
Using this site
You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not copy, republish or resell its content, images or product copy, and you may not use it to do anything unlawful or anything that interferes with it working for other people.
You need to be 18 or over to place an order.
Orders
Adding something to your basket is not a contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which is when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the price or description was obviously wrong, where the goods are unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the price you are charged. Delivery is shown separately in your basket before you pay: free over £100, otherwise £25. Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade at £25 on any order, including one that already qualifies for free delivery. Express delivery is an optional paid upgrade at £25 on any order, including one that already qualifies for free delivery. Payment is by card or PayPal through a secure checkout, and your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site.
Delivery
See the shipping page. In short: one service, 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of handling, tracked, UK wide.
Cancelling and returning
See refunds and returns. You have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and this shop gives 15 days. Sealed food that has been opened is the one exception.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the specifications on a product page are the manufacturer's own. Manufacturers change specifications without telling retailers, so measure anything that has to fit before you order it.
Nothing on this site is technical, engineering or safety advice. Product pages state the manufacturer's own specifications and standards; whether a tool or a piece of protective equipment suits a particular job is decided by the instructions supplied with it and by your own assessment of the work.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
