Why there is no score on this page

Reviews are only worth anything if they came from people who actually bought the thing. We are not publishing a rating or a review count on this site, because we cannot show you one we can stand behind. When there are verified reviews from real orders, they will appear here with the orders behind them.

What we do with it

Feedback about a product goes to whoever writes that product page, and feedback about an order goes to whoever packed it. Complaints follow the complaints handling policy, which sets out who deals with it and what you should expect back.

Photographs

If you have a photograph of a tool in use, send it to theteam@industrytoolsonline.co.uk. We would rather show a customer's photograph than a stock one.
