We are a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket number: an email to theteam@industrytoolsonline.co.uk reaches a person.

Support

Support answers email seven days a week, normally within one business day. They can check stock, chase a parcel with the carrier, arrange a return and tell you exactly what a manufacturer states about a product.

What we will not do

We will not tell you that a piece of protective equipment is right for your hazard. That is decided by your own assessment and by the certification marked on the product, and we would rather say so than guess.

Behind the pages

Product pages are written against the manufacturer's own specification. Where the marketing copy and the specification disagreed, the specification won.
