Where we deliver

We deliver right across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are the same wherever you are.

What delivery costs

Delivery is £25. It is free once your order reaches £100, and the charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing to work out at the end.

Express delivery is offered at the checkout for a flat £25 on any order. It is a paid upgrade: it is charged even on an order that already qualifies for free delivery.

How long it takes

Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours while they are picked and packed, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week in total.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. The tracking number is emailed when the parcel actually ships, which is not the same moment as when you order. For logistical reasons items in one order may travel in separate parcels, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, email theteam@industrytoolsonline.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If it arrived damaged or was lost in transit, we cover the cost of putting it right.
